Member Obligations

Brethren, if there’s any situation regarding health, dues, or other circumstances that you may need help with, please contact us. Same goes if you have concern for another member’s situation.
Don’t let anything come between you, your brethren, the Lodge, or the Fraternity. Just call, email, or send a note to the secretary.

Annual dues
On or about Labor Day the secretary notifies every member of their annual dues statement indicating the amount due by the first Tuesday in November for the succeeding year. As of 2021, and subsequently then after, you will receive an email directly via the Grand Lodge of Ohio with the ability to pay via Grandview if you so choose. Please make sure your info is up to date there as to not miss any notifications. You’ll find instructions on how to do just that further below should you need them.

Instructions:
Dues may be paid with cash, check, money order or through PayPal. When paying by cash, check or money order remember to include the provided renewal slip in your envelope to be certain your payment is properly credited.
When using PayPal, you will be charged a fee by PayPal for the use of their system.

You may voluntarily donate to the following funds whether by paying via your dues notice reply envelope or PayPal

About your dues card:
Plastic dues cards are perpetual until superseded. The Grand Lodge will issue replacements for lost cards for a fee. Contact the Secretary to obtain a replacement card.

How to update/change your Address, Phone Number, Email Address:

You need not contact the Lodge or the Secretary to make these changes. All that’s needed is your dues card and a connection to the internet. You’ll either create or access your account in “Grand View” (which is the Grand Lodge of Ohio’s database) to keep your information current.

Here’s the process…

Go to Freemason.com (which is the Grand Lodge of Ohio’s official website) and click on “Members” in the upper right hand corner, then click on “Member Registration,” input the information, and click “Register.” Finally, when prompted, enter your email address and your password. That’s it.

All dues for the 2022 year are due on or before November 3rd, 2021. The $77.55 is the total you’ll be charged using this method which is for: $75.00 Dues, plus transaction fee of 3% +.30 cents.

You need to be a recognized 50+ Years of Service Member to use this option. The $26.05 is the total you’ll be charged using this method which is for: $25.00 Dues, plus transaction fee of 3% +.30 cents.

Remember to note on your donation to which of the Lodge’s four funds you wish your donation to go. i.e., Either in total – split between – and by how much. If you leave it blank the Lodge will use its best judgement and distribute accordingly.
